Bach flower Holly comes from the holly tree, a plant particularly sought after during the Christmas season. Indeed, this shrub is full of vigor from November onwards, and remains colorful and full of life until March. It is known for its spiny leaves with sharp tips. These can resemble small hearts, while the flowers, which appear during the months of May and June, are a very pure white.

Holly is a slow-growing plant that can live for nearly 300 years. While this shrub often measures a few dozen centimeters, it can sometimes reach several meters in height, clinging to other trees. Holly is very resilient and can grow in both shade and sun, and its evergreen foliage makes it a symbol of strength.
