Bach flower Holly comes from the holly tree, a plant particularly sought after during the Christmas season. Indeed, this shrub is full of vigor from November onwards, and remains colorful and full of life until March. It is known for its spiny leaves with sharp tips. These can resemble small hearts, while the flowers, which appear during the months of May and June, are a very pure white.
