Gamma Force offers you magnesium in the form of diglycinate and glycerophosphate combined with taurine, which helps increase the intracellular uptake of magnesium. Magnesium diglycinate is also called magnesium glycinate, however, because it has two glycine molecules attached to the magnesium molecule, it is more accurately called "diglycinate" (di = two). The diglycinate form allows for superior absorption due to increased solubility.

Magnesium glycerophosphate is used in our formula for its highly calming properties, which are particularly suitable for people with spasmophilia, as it is the most lipophilic (soluble in fatty substances) form of magnesium salts. It is therefore very active in the nervous system. Spasmophilia is a set of symptoms that combine spasms and muscle hyperexcitability.
