Adults: Take 1 scoop up to 3 times daily (not to exceed one scoop per single dose). Mix the product well in 1 or 2 cups of liquid (water, juice, etc.) immediately before consumption. Take 45 to 90 minutes before exercise. Consume 30 to 60g of carbohydrates per hour during high-intensity exercise.
